Ivy House Residency Program!
We are excited to offer emerging artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators the opportunity to develop their projects in a supportive, professional environment. Whether you have a groundbreaking business idea, an artistic endeavor, or a community-driven project, we want to help you bring it to life!
The Ivy House Residency provides 3 months of free or discounted office space in one of our beautiful professional suites, along with mentorship and access to a thriving network of entrepreneurs, creatives, and business leaders.
Duration: 3 months (with the potential for extension)
Location: Ivy House, 600 Main Street, Royersford, Pennsylvania
Eligibility: Open to individuals or small teams with a promising project in arts, technology, entrepreneurship, or social impact.
How to Apply
We’re looking for applicants who have a clear vision for their project, a roadmap for its development, and a passion for engaging with the local community. To apply, follow the steps below:

Submit a Proposal: Outline your project, its feasibility, timeline, and community impact.
Interview: If selected, you will be invited to a panel interview to discuss your project in more detail.
